Our Seal 62 Pro laminator allows us to build custom material composites as needed for print, paint, and assembly projects. From exotic magnetic/adhesive constructions to more standard graphic films and dry-erasable over laminates, we can source, apply, and design laminates to support graphic goals from instrumentation to architecture.

Laminates are used as components for assembly and masking operations, as well as labels, touch-panel assemblies, packaging, and marketing. We can source plastics, paperbased films, and adhesives, including 3M™, Arlon, Argon, and Flexcon products, and combine these into the right structure for your application.

Our various material suppliers work to your advantage by providing several options for any single application. Often, sign and graphics vendors will be exclusivly partnered with a single laminate provider, effectively limiting their customer’s choices. If we don’t have an existing supply partner to provide the materials you need, we’ll build that relationship to facilitate your project.

To assist in selecting the right adhesives and films for your project, we will consider life cycle, exposure, temperature, chemical resistance requirements, and the material to be laminated. Determining the proper components is critical to the product meeting expectations in the field.

We also have experience working with RoHS, Cradle-to-Cradle, and other green materials certification programs designed to decrease the environmental footprint of a product. These requirements are stringent and it can be challenging to source a product that will perform the needed function and still provide compliance. We’ve proven successful at meeting such material challenges and identifying the necessary solution.
